After a period of making a lot of sweets, I started to get tired of them. Weird huh? I guess I have no sweet tooth anymore, I much prefer the savory side of things.
I wanted to make something different, and stumbled on a recipe for some spicy cookies. Sounded good to me, as I know chocolate and spice can pair up really well together – let’s just say these turned out great. I was really pleased with them, despite my recent grudges with coconut flour.
These are low carb, sugar free, keto dessert cookies. The cocoa and cayenne pepper play sweet against spicy.

3/4 Cup Coconut Flour
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
3 Tbsp. Salted Buter
4 Large Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla
1/4 tsp. Salt
8 Tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/2 Cup Splenda
1 1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
2 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
This made 15 cookies, each being: 135 Calories, 12.3g Fats, 2.6g Net Carbs, and 2.9g Protein.
