1c (112g) Finely Shredded Colby (cold)
Preheat oven 350*
Combine almond flour & baking powder.
Cut in butter with mixer whisk or pastry blender.
Cut in cheese with mixer whisk or pastry blender.
Mix in egg
Divide dough in half.
Roll each half between two sheets of parchment paper.
Remove top paper. Score crackers (25 each half) and pierce with fork.
Bake on cookie sheet 20-25 min or until browned.
Cool on wire rack. Break apart when cool.
