Since I’m a nutritionist, I thought of making a useful video today on Keto Desserts this Diwali. Here are the recipes:
Just blenderize all the ingredients well till creamy consistency. Cook for 5 mins on low flame. Switch off the flame and let it cool down in the hot vessel itself for another 5 mins. Keep stirring paneer in the vessel. Put the cooked paneer in the fridge for 1/2 an hour.. Make small round balls and garnish it with cardamom on top and serve.
400gms full fat yogurt
Pinch of saffron
1tbsp warm milk
4 crushed almonds
keep the yogurt hung for atlas 1/2 hour in a muslin cloth. Mix warm milk and saffron in a bowl and keep it on side. Mix, hung curd, milk and saffron mix and rest of the ingredients. Blend it well. Let it set in fridge for 2 hours. Serve with some crushed almonds.
150gms of cream cheese
150gms white butter
1/2 tsp of cardamom
Mix all the ingredients and blenderize it well. Put it in the popsicle mould and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve chilled.
