Crab Bisque Ingredients:
• 4 Tbs – unsalted butter
• 1/2 – green bell pepper, chopped
• 2 stalks – celery chopped
• 1/4 cup – onion, chopped
• 1 Tbs – minced garlic
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1/4 tsp – ground black pepper
• 1/4 tsp – cayenne pepper
• 3/4 tsp – seafood magic
• 1/2 tsp – xanthan gum
• 2 cups – heavy cream
• 4 cups – seafood stock, divided
• 8 ounces – crab meat, divided

Makes ~ 6 cups
Per 1 cup serving (recipe divided by 6):
395 calories / 36.94g fat / 4.7g net carbs / 12.1g protein
