2 cups Pork Rinds
1/4 cup Romano Cheese (grated) or Parmesan
1 Tablespoon Parsley Flakes
1 tsp Garlic Powder
3/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Dried Basil
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 large Egg (whisked)
10-12 oz Cremini Mushrooms washed and patted dry stems removed
Carefully wash mushrooms and slice off just the bottom of the stem. Pat dry mushrooms with paper towel.
To the bowl of a food processor , add pork rinds, parsley, garlic powder, salt, paprika, basil, and romano cheese.
Process until a breadcrumb mixture forms.
Dump dry mixture into a freezer size bag.
Whisk one large egg in a small bowl and coat each mushroom with the egg wash.
Dump mushrooms with egg wash into dry mixture and shake gently to coat completely
Spray non stick cooking spray in air fryer basket and place mushrooms into basket.
Cook at 390 degrees for 10 minutes, turning over the mushrooms half way through.
Serve mushrooms with your favorite dipping sauce.
